SeattleProTurf was founded on a straightforward idea: the outdoor spaces Northwest homeowners pay for should be engineered for Northwest conditions. Too many yards on the Eastside were being built with shallow bases and no drainage plan — and failing within a few wet winters.

From our shop at 11335 NE 122nd Way Ste 105 in Kirkland, our team has spent more than 14 years mastering the region's glacial-till hardpan, its steep lots and ravines, and the stormwater rules that govern hardscape work. We install synthetic turf, paver patios, engineered retaining walls, drainage systems, fire pits, lighting, water features, and decks — and we handle the permits and engineering when a project calls for them.

What sets Northwest landscaping apart is the two-season swing: the same yard that sits saturated through a five-inch December can bake and stress by August. We plan for both — capturing and redirecting winter runoff, building drainage into hardscape from the start, then setting up planting and irrigation that hold up in a dry summer.
